Who is responsible

The data controller for phari.art is Stefano Fabbro (“Phari”), a private individual based in the province of Udine, Italy. This is a personal artist website, not run by a company. Live performances are contracted and invoiced through the cooperative Esibirsi Soc. Coop. For anything concerning your data, write to info@phari.art.

What this site collects

This site has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no advertising. It does not set profiling cookies. Visit statistics (Google Analytics) run only if you say yes.

Technical logs. The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Vercel may process data in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Email. If you write to info@phari.art, your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you (booking, information, demos). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation or the working relationship requires.
Preferences stored on your device. The site saves two values in your browser’s local storage: your answer about visit statistics and whether you allowed external players. They never leave your device and you can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.

Visit statistics

If you answer yes to the banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to count visits and see which pages are read, from which country and device. Nothing is loaded before you answer and nothing is loaded if you say no. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept up to 14 months), does not store your full IP address, and is configured without Google signals, advertising or personalization. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Statistics are kept for 14 months. Google privacy policy.

External players and cookies

Videos and music players come from third parties. They are not loaded until you press play and agree; before that, no request is sent to them. Once loaded, each service may set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy, as an independent controller:

Links to social networks and stores are plain links: those sites receive data only if you open them.

Your rights

Under articles 15–22 GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing, by writing to info@phari.art. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Governing law

This site and this policy are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Udine, Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
